Bailey Lauerman continues to develop and hone its Omaha creative department with the promotion of two creative leads, Michael Johnson and Aaron Jarosh, and the addition of Senior Design Lead Michael Cawcutt.
Michael Johnson was promoted to Creative Director in November, and currently serves as creative lead on Bosch, Cuties and UnitedHealthcare. Johnson was previously a Senior Copywriter with the agency, working primarily on Sun Pacific’s Cuties/Mighties and Phillips 66. Johnson leads a team of art directors, copywriters and designers, and joins Bailey Lauerman’s leadership team.
“Michael is an incredible asset within our creative department,” said CCO Carter Weitz. “Since joining the agency three years ago, he has pushed our teams in new, exciting directions without ever losing sight of our clients’ goals and objectives. He is a meticulous and dynamic writer, but also a creative leader with a knack for cultivating creative ideas that truly connect with clients and their customers.”
Aaron Jarosh joins the creative department as an Associate Creative Director. Jarosh worked previously as a Digital Strategist within the agency’s Connections department, producing cutting-edge content for Sun Pacific’s Cuties/Mighties and Phillips 66 and Kendall brands. He works across the agency’s client list, with a focus on Phillips 66, Kendall and agency new business.
“Aaron is an outstanding creative thinker and incredibly versatile talent,” Weitz said. “His background in video production is apparent in the way he approaches content development. He understands how to create a compelling narrative in everything he does, and his fresh perspective and digital-first thinking is an asset to our department.”
Bailey Lauerman also welcomes Michael Cawcutt as Senior Design Lead. Cawcutt brings 14 years of design experience to BL with a specialty in UI/UX design. Michael has helped craft experiences for brands such as Mayo Clinic, Best Buy, Nebraska Medicine and OptumHealth. He works on the Bosch, UnitedHealthcare and TD Ameritrade teams in addition to digital and design projects in the creative department. He joins the agency from DAAKE.
