We’ve added some new faces.

Office space is growing more crowded at Bailey Lauerman, and that’s just the way we like it. Thanks to the addition of seven new national clients, we’re welcoming nine new professionals to our expanding roster of talented employees.

Heather Allen newhiresis one of our newest account supervisors and is leading our digital strategy for Panda Express, Ameritas and Nebraska Tourism. She graduated from Northern Arizona University and has more than a decade of experience working for Land Rover, Invisalign, The Disney Store and Verizon. Heather also helped develop and relaunch Southwest Airlines’ Rapid Rewards Program while working at Wunderman, a digital/CRM division of Young & Rubicam Brands.

We are very happy to welcome Jim Buhrman, Jr. back to Bailey Lauerman. The senior art director returns after a short stint in Minneapolis where he worked on the Minnesota State Lottery account. Safely back home in our offices, Jim is leading creative development for The Mutual Fund Store, Bass Pro Shops and Branson/Lakes Area Convention & Visitors Bureau. He is a graduate of Creighton University.

Taylor Carter, copywriter, is applying her way with words to our creative work for Panda Express, Children’s Mercy Hospital and Clinics and The Mutual Fund Store. A veteran of crafting compelling copy for Fruit of the Loom, Russell Athletic and Sutter Home, Taylor graduated from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Matt Emodi, our newest project coordinator, is putting his organizational and project management expertise to work for Nebraska Tourism, The Mutual Fund Store and Gavilon. Matt has nearly a decade of project management experience in marketing, promotions, digital and commercial signage environments and is a graduate of Saint Louis University.

Another new account supervisor, Kelly Giese, brings more than 10 years of experience in tourism, retail, and higher education to Bailey Lauerman. She is helping support work for Branson/Lakes Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, Bass Pro Shops and Bellevue University. Kelly graduated from Texas A&M University and has both client and agency experience working for Fossil, P&G, Pizza Hut, Bell Helicopter, Texas Tourism, and most recently, Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where she served as the associate director of marketing.

Jessica Kutash joins Bailey Lauerman as brand strategist, supporting strategic planning for a number of clients including Bellevue University. She has nearly two decades of experience in brand marketing and strategic planning for Del Monte Foods, Kibbles ‘n Bits, Calvin Klein Cosmetics, and Kraft. Jessica is an undergraduate of University of Pennsylvania and has a master’s from Harvard Business School.

Dessi Price is a new senior designer with the agency, working with Nebraska Tourism, Children’s Mercy Hospital and Community America Credit Union. She graduated from Brigham Young University and has more than 10 years of experience developing online games and other interactive applications. Her many previous clients include Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, StoneGround Bakery, Utah State Fair and Salt Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Jiear Vang joins the agency as interactive designer, putting her expertise in web and interactive graphic design to work for Beechcraft, Cargill and Gavilon. She most recently was a web design coordinator for University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is a graduate of Iowa State University.

Derek Van Horne brings his wealth of digital design and brand development experience for Disney, AXE, Burger King and Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom to his new position as senior art director. He joins the agency’s Panda Express, IMG Academy and Community America Credit Union teams. Derek has held executive and senior positions with a number of agencies, including Phenomblue and Edelman Digital. He is an undergraduate of University of Iowa and has a master’s degree from Philadelphia University.
