BL Adds Senior Account and PR Talent to Lead Growing Automotive and Finance Business.

Several of the agency’s managers and practice leaders stepped into larger leadership roles in 2021. As a result, and from continued agency growth, Bailey Lauerman has made two important director-level hires to continue to support the strategic delivery and day-to-day operation of some of BL’s largest client relationships.


Bailey Lauerman’s newest account director, Brook Dore is a seasoned and accomplished leader with 20-plus years of agency experience at well-respected firms like TBWA/CHIAT/DAY, David & Goliath and Zimmerman. His career is filled with a long list of national brands in the automotive industry, including Nissan and Kia. Brook is a champion of breakthrough work, and his deep category experience will greatly impact the accounts he now leads—Phillips 66, Kendall Motor Oil and American National Bank.

Brook’s approach to building strong brands starts with building strong relationships. With that in mind, from his home base of Nashville, he is working closely with account leadership to strengthen BL’s remote working model and improve human-to-human connections across the agency and client partnerships.

Sharon Bargas joins Bailey Lauerman as a PR director. She has more than two decades of experience leading the development of promotional media strategies for sophisticated clients, generating vast coverage in national, local and trade publications. Sharon will be applying her expertise directly to Flagstar Bank, Profile by Sanford and Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority.

Previously, Sharon was a content strategist and consultant launching traditional and digital campaigns for B2B and B2C global companies focusing on technology, financial, healthcare and industrial products. She has worked alongside executive leadership teams in a variety of functions, including providing strategic counsel, crisis communications, media training and guidance on social media and thought leadership.
