Make Way For This Group

We had to blow out a wall (just some low-grade explosives, nothing dangerous) and order some desks to make it happen, but we’ve added a lot of new faces at the agency over the past few months.

newhires_1Lauren Andrews, a recent graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln, joins the agency’s Connections Strategy team as media coordinator. Andrews supports the media planning and strategy needs of the agency’s client base, helping to find and target all audience touch points. Her previous marketing experience includes projects with Pinnacle Bank Arena and Shrine Bowl of Nebraska.

Jeffrey Barber is director of technology for the agency, responsible for Bailey Lauerman’s expanding and diverse IT infrastructure. With more than 14 years of industry experience, Barber also supports Bailey Lauerman’s digital strategy for numerous clients. He is a graduate of Southeast Community College.

John Diebel, accounting assistant, brings a background in finance and education to his position at the agency. A graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Diebel is pursuing an MBA while supporting the agency’s forecasting, cash flow management, billing and budgeting operations. Before joining the agency, Diebel was a financial analyst for Lee Enterprises, and a public school teacher.

Matt Field, digital producer, returns to his Midwest roots to support the agency’s digital work for clients including Nebraska Tourism and Sun Pacific Cuties Mandarins. Field’s decade of experience has taken him to both coasts, where he’s led production of motion graphics and animation projects along with websites and online games. He is a graduate of North Central College.

Ethel Fong is putting her degree from Savannah College of Art & Design to work at Bailey Lauerman as an associate art director. She is focusing on creative for Cargill and Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium.

Angie Kubicek, connections strategist, supports the agency’s digital and social strategies for clients that include Panda Express and Sun Pacific Cuties Mandarins. A graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Kubicek brings nearly a decade of digital, CRM and marketing experience for Hayneedle, Smart Chicken and Yahoo!

Matthieu Lynch joins Bailey Lauerman as brand manager and will lend his expertise to a number of clients including Bellevue University and Panda Express. His previous experience with agencies in Chicago includes support of the Coors family of brands, McDonald’s and Kellogg’s. Lynch is a graduate of Indiana University.

Lisa McCallan, connections strategist and associate media director, brings more than a decade of industry experience to Bailey Lauerman, supporting the media communications and brand-building needs of the agency’s client base. McCallan has a passion for leading clients to new and creative media solutions and previously served as a connections planner at Bozell. She is a graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Andrea McClanathan takes on receptionist and executive assistant duties for the agency. A front office communications veteran, McClanathan balances the many tasks and duties associated with client support and office management. She is a graduate of University of Missouri-St. Louis.

As a brand manager, Melissa Minske supports the agency’s work for Valley Irrigation and Bass Pro Shops. Her previous marketing experience includes work with XO Group, Inc. where she broke all sales records helping to connect customers with products. Minske is a graduate of Metropolitan Community College.

Porsha Swim, a recent participant in the Bailey Lauerman Experience (BLX) internship program, is staying on with the agency as brand strategy coordinator. A Chicago native and graduate of University of Illinois, Swim will lend her talents in research and account development to the agency’s roster of clients.

Andrea Trew is a new graphic designer with the agency, working with a variety of clients including Nebraska Tourism and Sun Pacific Cuties Mandarins. Trew is a graduate of University of Nebraska Kearney and has more than seven years of marketing experience in logo and interactive design.

Becky Walters comes to the agency as an accounting manager, after serving in similar roles for Dell and Consecta over the previous 16 years. A graduate of Doane College, her accounting and operations experience will be spread among the agency’s entire roster of clients.

Cyndi Wenninghoff joins Bailey Lauerman in the newly created role of director of culture, coordinating employee benefits and corresponding with providers, payroll and inspiring our team. She gained considerable human resources experience in stints at Perrigo and XO Group, Inc., with knowledge in benefits, compensation, recruitment and employee relations. After graduating from Bellevue University, Cyndi received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
