Cheryl Clifford has recently joined the agency as associate director of analytics. Cheryl received her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is currently working toward her PMP certification. She is an accomplished marketing professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Cheryl has a proven track record of success managing large-scale campaigns, analyzing and optimizing large data segments and providing insightful recommendations to clients.
As a former account strategist lead at Yahoo, she managed a team of six direct reports. She was a subject-matter expert for the retail and QSR verticals, working across various brands including Casper Mattress, Purple, J.Crew, Ashley Furniture, Jersey Mike’s and Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s. She provided campaign analysis and audience recommendations while working closely with sales/account management. Before her time at Yahoo, Cheryl worked for Godfather’s Pizza, where she created and executed annual marketing plans and, as a bonus, met her husband.
Cheryl is highly skilled in various digital channels, including SEM, display, native, video, connected TV and digital out-of-home. She is certified in Google, Bing, Yahoo DSP and Amazon DSP and is proficient in working with different measurements and third-party vendors like Salesforce, Looker and Google Analytics. Her analytical approach, combined with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, enables her to develop data-driven campaigns that deliver results.
