BL Augments Management Experience in Account and Public Relations

Bailey Lauerman is proud to be adding more senior talent to our account-leadership and public-relations teams. Ron Burgess and Matt Jenkins recently joined BL and have already created a positive impact within their respective departments. Ron is our new PR Director and works remotely out of Atlanta, Georgia. He is currently working on our Flagstar account, as well as proving to be a powerful asset in new-business and organic-growth efforts.

Ron joins Bailey Lauerman bringing more than 15 years of experience in digital communications and public relations. He has worked for a wide variety of clients on the agency side, including Microsoft, Disney/Lucasfilm and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, as well as a variety of smaller and independent publishers, developers and brands. In recent years, Ron has led PR activities in the climate and cleantech space, with a focus on both B2B and B2C campaigns for clients such as Bosch, Epic Cleantec and Consumers Energy. Ron received his Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Communications from the City University of New York-Hunter College.

Matt joins Bailey Lauerman as Group Account Director based in our Kansas City office. With his expertise, we anticipate a significant impact on our output, client relationships and the overall performance of our account-leadership department. Matt will lead strategic initiatives for key clients such as Bosch Automotive, Surest, UnitedHealthcare and American National Bank, driving innovation and excellence in our services.

Matt is joining BL with over 13 years of experience in the advertising industry, where he’s built a strong foundation in client services, agency operations and team management. Matt’s advertising career started in experiential marketing, where he crafted countless memorable brand experiences for a diverse client roster. This trajectory led him across the state of Missouri to HLK in St. Louis, where he collaborated with clients in the healthcare, agriculture and financial industries.
