Bailey Lauerman Promotes New Head of Integrated Strategy.

Bailey Lauerman is pleased to announce the promotion of Aaron Jarosh to the newly created role of Head of Integrated Strategy. Aaron, who joined the agency in 2017 after several years at Havas New York working with leading national and global brands, moves from the role of Planning Director. This strategic appointment underscores Bailey Lauerman’s commitment to deepening our thought leadership in connecting with “The Everything In-Between,” driving innovation through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like AI, and continuing our legacy of award-winning client effectiveness, including numerous EFFIE Awards.

Aaron has excelled in nearly every facet of advertising in his 17-year career, including strategy, creative, social media, and earned media. His experience in New York, managing campaigns for major brands such as Volvo, Keurig/Green Mountain Coffee, Food Network, and Pernod Ricard, has given him a sophisticated understanding of complex categories and high-profile brands.

In his new capacity, he’ll have greater oversight of team collaboration across disciplines, fostering more diverse thinking and efficiently delivering fresher, more integrated ideas. A key focus will be the seamless integration of the agency’s recently adopted AI capabilities and bringing our social and public relations expertise further upstream in the strategic process. This will ensure that our strategies are not only insightful and creatively compelling but also inherently designed for today’s digitally-driven, social-first media landscape.
